Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most serviceable pin codes across India. Our team may confirm your order via WhatsApp before dispatch for COD orders.

Order Processing

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received damaged or leaked during transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of delivery

Refund Process

• After verification, refund or replacement will be initiated within 5–7 business days
